Connection scope is agreed per customer. “Optional scope” describes a finance handoff, not a prebuilt connector. Google Workspace remains in controlled validation. This preview enables no connections.
Connections require customer authorization and scope acceptance. Microsoft 365 is validated in the tested scope; Google Workspace remains in controlled validation.
ERP, finance, HCM, procurement and ATS connections are planned or separately scoped. SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Workday and Coupa are not advertised as ready-made production connectors.
Books, Sign, Contracts and Analytics are potential integration scope, not automatically included. Zoho Recruit and other ATS connections remain future optional Workforce integrations. The voluntary Expert Network is separate.
Discuss customer isolation, identity, roles, private documents and operational evidence before deployment.
A shared product baseline. Separate customer environments.
Customer isolation must be verified in deployment acceptance. This diagram does not represent provisioned environments or a completed security certification.
Supported authentication and organization context.
Responsibilities and permissions agreed for each role.
Customer-authorized scope and least-privilege review.
Private documents and customer operational records.
Traceable decisions, approvals and revisions.
Backup and restore arrangements reviewed per deployment.
The target model uses separate application and data environments for unrelated customers. Distribution and restore validation remain launch dependencies; no automated provisioning or security certification is claimed.
Internal authentication uses Zoho identity. Role-focused controls exist in the baseline; independent multi-user acceptance remains a go-live requirement. Distribution, decisions, approvals and finance snapshots retain their originating work context.
Controlled candidate documents and scoped external actions support review without public CV access. EU deployment, provider assurance, backup/export, restore and support arrangements are reviewed in the customer’s security and contractual scope.
